How do I care for my Gwen Delicious Jewelry?

Your bronze and silver jewelry will naturally
develop a patina over time. If you prefer to
keep your jewelry looking bright please care
for your piece as follows:
- Clean Jewelry in mildly sudsy water
- Rinse well
- Pat dry with a soft cloth
- Polish gently with a jewelry polishing cloth.
To prolong the life of your jewelry by removing
before bathing or swimming.

What will I receive with my order?

Each piece of Gwen Delicious Jewelry comes with care instructions and is sent in a custom Gwen Delicious gift Box.

 

I am ordering a gift, can you include a note?

Simply include your request in the "Notes" section during checkout.


Where is my order shipped from?

All our pieces are handcrafted and shipped from our studio in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.

Orders will be shipped within 2 business days, you will receive an order confirmation email from us with the details of your order.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post and come with Tracking. The following timelines apply:

Can I get my order even faster?

Just email us prior to placing your order to discuss faster shipping options.

Can I track my package?

Yes. An email will arrive when your order ships with your package’s tracking information. Please ensure that you check your SPAM account as sometimes they will go there.

 

Refunds/Exchanges:

Refunds: You can return any undamaged item you are dissatisfied with for a refund or exchange within 2 days of receipt of your order. Please note there will be 10% fee for refunds and we do not refund any shipping costs. 
Lost Parcels: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
